How do you charge?
Labour is £115 for the first hour, which is the minimum visit charge, then £65 per hour after that. Parts and materials are extra. The first-hour charge covers time on the job and does not guarantee completion within that hour. We’ll discuss likely time, parts and any other charges before booking.
Do I need to send photographs?
No. You can start with a call or an enquiry. We may ask for a photo of the fitting and its access if it will help identify parts or estimate the time needed.
Can you help with an emergency?
We’ll help where we can. If you need someone urgently, please call to check availability, but we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get to you. If water is escaping uncontrollably, don’t wait for a reply: arrange urgent help and, if safe and you know how, isolate the water supply.
