The estimates below cover straightforward replacements with accessible fittings. Our visit charge is £115, including the first hour, followed by £65 per hour. Materials are charged separately. We’ll confirm the expected time and cost for your job before booking; the final labour charge reflects the time required.

Toilet repairs & replacements
Running toilets, flushing problems, fill valves, ball valves and replacement toilets. Tell us what needs attention.

- Toilet replacement and accessible pan connections
Removing a cistern to replace a flush valve or syphon needs a longer allowance, often 1–2 hours. A straightforward like-for-like toilet replacement is estimated at 2–3 hours (£180–£245 labour), plus fittings. Concealed cisterns, difficult pan connections, floor repairs and seized fixings are assessed separately.

Sink, basin and bath wastes, leaking traps and waste pipes—including accessible pipework outside the building.

Leaking pipe joints, dripping isolation valves and plumbing leaks around your home. Concealed or hard-to-reach leaks can be assessed too.

This assumes the water can be isolated easily and the existing pipework is sound. Finding a hidden leak, replacing a stopcock, draining a system or opening up floors and walls needs a separate time estimate.
