The first hour
The £115 minimum visit charge covers the first hour of labour. It is not a fixed price to complete a particular repair.
If more time is needed
Labour after the first hour is £65 per hour. We’ll discuss the likely time before booking and keep you informed if the job looks likely to take longer.
Parts and materials
We can supply the materials or fit your own. Materials supplied by us are charged separately, and we’ll discuss what’s needed and the cost with you.
Several jobs in one visit
Tell us about them when you enquire so we can allow time and bring the right parts. The hourly rates apply across the visit, rather than a separate first-hour charge for each job.
Any part-hour charging, parts collection, return visit, parking or travel charge outside the usual area is explained before booking.

Your choice of materials
We can supply materials or fit your own. They need to be suitable for the job, complete and undamaged. The agreed minimum visit charge can still apply if incorrect information or unsuitable parts prevent the work.
Parking & access
